WHAT'S MY ORDER STATUS?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that has your tracking number. Click on the tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email to view the tracking info. Didn't receive an email from us? Check your spam filter or search 'Simply Fresh Scents' in your email.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING?

If you live in the lower 48 and spend $50 or more on the freshest of the fresh goods, we'll cover shipping.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You should receive an order confirmation number and tracking number in an email once your order has been placed. If you aren't able to locate that email, checking under your customer account should provide you with tracking updates as well.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER?

Maybe. While we can't alter the contents of your package, if you've used the wrong shipping address and you've contacted us at support@simplyfreshscents.com before your order has shipped, we might be able to change the address for you. Simply Fresh Scents is not responsible for any orders shipped to the wrong address.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Simply Fresh Scents does not accept product returns. HOWEVER, we will gladly help navigate any concerns of damaged or defective products. If an item falls into this category, please contact support@simplyfreshscents.com within 30 days of your purchase and we'll find a way to make it right. No exchanges will be given on sale/surplus/free items.

CAN YOU EXCHANGE AN ITEM I PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE OR STORE?

If you purchased your product(s) from another website or retail location, please contact that retailer directly to inquire about its return policy. We are unable to provide support for product purchased in-store or on any third-party website.

Short answer? Science.

Long answer? We're pretty passionate about smelling good and the quality of our products. We use only the highest quality ingredients and spend quite a bit of time formulating each recipe to ensure that you (and my mom) approve.
